• Quality: Our call-back rate is less than 1%, ensuring the job gets done right the first time.

• Communication: We contact tenants the same day we receive a work order, offering an appointment date and time within 48 hours, so they feel looked after from the start.

• Professionalism: Our team always arrives on time, well-groomed, and dressed professionally. While this should be standard, we know it's rare in the handyman industry.

• Warranty:

  • Officially: 1-year parts and labor warranty.

  • Unofficially: We'll return to any property to correct any mistake indefinitely because we value building lifelong partnerships. We succeed when you succeed.

• Licensed & Insured: We have a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with the State of South Dakota on staff and we also meet the State requirements for Liability Insurance, and bonded up to $20,000
